1. Scope

The following terms and conditions apply for all orders via our online shop.

2. Contracting party, conclusion of contract

The purchase contract comes with planet-patchwork.

By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially put our products into the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the help provided in the order process.

The contract is concluded by accepting the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking on the order button. Immediately after sending the order you will receive a confirmation by e-mail..

3. Contract language, contract text storage

The languages ​​available for the contract are German, English and French.

The contract text is not stored by us.

4. Delivery

Made by DHL. Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible, the delivery time is 6-9 days. We are entitled to make partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable for the other party, taking into account the interests of the user. Additional shipping costs only arise with express agreement.

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such errors as soon as possible to the deliverer and please contact us immediately.

The failure to file a complaint or contact has no consequences for your statutory claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.

5. Prices

All prices quoted in the online shop are Euro final prices including VAT, plus shipping costs.

6. Shipping Costs

7. Payment

Payment is made at the request of the buyer via invoice, by SEPA direct debit, PayPal or by credit card.

Invoice

You pay the invoice amount after receipt of the goods and the bill by bank transfer to our bank account. Invoices are payable within 10 days after receipt of the delivery without deduction, in case of default, the usual bank interest will be charged and dunning fees are charged at 2 levels.

SEPA Direct Debit

By submitting the order you give us a SEPA direct debit mandate. We will inform you about the date of the account debit (so-called Prenotification).

By submitting the SEPA direct debit mandate we request our bank to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically and your account will be charged. The account is debited after you have received the goods. The deadline for the advance notice of the date of the account debit (so-called Prenotification period) is 2 days.

PayPal

In the order process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or first register, legitimize with your access data and confirm the payment order to us.

After placing the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by PayPal after you have received the goods. You'll get more information during the ordering process.

Credit Card

By submitting your order, you also submit your credit card details to our payment service Stripe. After your legitimacy as a legitimate cardholder, we request your credit card company immediately after the shipment of goods to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is automatically performed by the credit card company and charged to your card.

10. Damage in Transport

12. Liability

We are always liable without limitation for claims due to damages caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents

16. Cancellation Policy

Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

Consequences of the Cancellation

If you withdraw from this Agreement, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for the additional costs arising from choosing a different delivery method than the most favorable standard delivery we offer) at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notification of your revocation of this contract has reached us.

For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you; In no case will you be charged for this repayment fees.
